In the Emoter App Community, every member is asked to be considerate, to think before acting and to abide the guidelines both in online and offline environment. Offline behavior can lead to termination of your Emoter App account termination. Also read the Safety Tips and report any behavior that violates Emoter policies.
Member content should be clean, without sexually explicit content. Do not send such material and report each time you receive such content.
Targeted abuse and harassment against any other user are strictly forbidden. Stalking, bullying, intimidation and threats fall into this category, so do not engage or encourage others to engage in such behavior.
Violence, in any form, and any acts of violence are strictly prohibited in our community. Violent, gory or graphic violent content is not tolerated and Emoter App is not the right place for violence threats and promoting terrorism. Self-harm and suicide threats are not allowed and we will take the necessary steps to assist the user and stop such behavior
Racism, hatred, bigotry, violence against individuals based on factors like religious affiliation, race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity are not allowed. Using Emoter to drive people to external websites via a link or sending unwanted commercial or affiliate links is forbidden. Promotion, soliciting other users and event or business advertisement are prohibited on our platform. Also, political campaign, contests and conducting research, are not welcome on Emoter Community We have a zero-tolerance policy on predatory behavior of any kind: attempting to get other users’ private (including financial) information may lead to your account permanent ban. Also, asking users for money and any illegal or fraudulent activity on our platform leads to account termination and permanent ban. Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking or other non-consensual sexual acts is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being banned from Emoter.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Emoter App. Posting photographs of unaccompanied minors or depicting minors in a harming, sexual or suggestive way may lead to account termination. Pretending to be someone else is strictly prohibited and if we have clues that you are not who you pretend to be, we reserve the right to check your identity. One person cannot have multiple accounts and an account cannot have multiple owners. If you do not login to your Emoter for 2 years, we may delete your account for inactivity.
It is called private because it should stay private! Do not disclose any private information, your or anyone else’s. By private information we mean social security number, home address, id card or passport details, passwords or any kind of financial information, and also phone numbers, email and home/work addresses.
If you do not own the content, do not post it on our platform. Do not share on your profile any copyrighted or trademarked by others work, unless you have their permission. Don’t use Emoter to do anything illegal. Using any third party app that claims to modify or interfere with our service and apps that claim to unlock special Emoter features (like auto-swipers) are not allowed.

Emoter reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without a refund of any purchases if you have misused the Service or behaved in a way that Emoter regards as inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of the Terms of Use, including actions or communications that occur off the Service but involve users you meet through the Service.
